Help us build the foundation.
Before effective marketing campaigns can be created, we need an organized system. You can’t build a
house starting with the walls. The foundation has to be built first ! You are like air to the human body.
We are looking for partners who are highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with
spreadsheets/CRM systems, and interested in learning how customer data can be turned into marketing
opportunities.
Your primary responsibility:
- Help create and maintain an easy-to-use organized CRM/email-management system that allows Christian to

- Customers who purchased a vehicle
- What vehicle each customer purchased
- Purchase date
- Interest rate achieved

- Other customer segments identified through Christian’s data
- As of right now – expect the list to have under 350 leads.

WHAT MAKES THIS INTERNSHIP DIFFERENT?
– This isn’t an internship where you’re given busywork and told to watch someone else work.
– You will be helping build an actual marketing operation.
– Your work can directly contribute to:
– Customer Data → Segmentation → Campaign → Appointment → Vehicle Sale
– Students will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in:
– CRM management
– Customer segmentation
– Data organization
– Business operations
– Entrepreneurship
– You will be working with real-world business challenges and real-world results.

The goal is to create an opportunity where passionate students can earn meaningful income while gaining
experience that can be added to their resume.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
We understand that you’re a college student.
Your schedule comes first.
Hours will be flexible and structured around your class schedule and availability.
This opportunity is designed to work alongside your education rather than compete with it.
CUSTOMER INTERACTION
- This is primarily a behind-the-scenes position.
- Partners will not be responsible for negotiating vehicle purchases, handling financing decisions, or conducting vehicle sales.
- Customer-facing sales opportunities generated through the program will be directed to the dealership’s designated representative.
