Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Audio Engineering / Music Production Intern to join our team for a
one-year internship. This role offers hands-on experience in professional music production
alongside a dynamic team, providing valuable exposure to multiple facets of the industry. You’ll
engage in tasks such as mixing, mastering, A&R, playlist curation, and workshop hosting,
receiving both technical training and creative industry insights.
Key Responsibilities:
● Mixing & Mastering: Assist with mixing and mastering tracks in a professional setting.
Preferred DAW is ProTools.
● A&R and Talent Development: Support in scouting and developing emerging talent,
and participate in A&R discussions.
● Playlist Curation: Contribute to playlist curation across various music platforms.
● Workshop Hosting: Host or co-host workshops as needed, both virtually and in-person,
sharing insights with peers and aspiring musicians.
● Collaborative Projects: Work closely with artists, producers, and other team members
on ongoing projects.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
● Proficiency in DAWs: Experience with ProTools is strongly preferred.
● Music Production Experience: Prior experience in audio engineering or music
production is essential.
● Suno/Udio Experience: Familiarity with tools like Suno or Udio is a plus but not
required.
● Instrumentalist Skills: Musical instrumentation knowledge is beneficial but optional.
● Placements: Experience with placements is a plus but not necessary.
● Genre Flexibility: No specific genre is required; a versatile music appreciation is ideal.
Requirements:
● Availability: Some work will be in-person (Las Vegas/LA area preferred) and some
virtual.
● Commitment: Must be able to commit to a one-year internship.
● Professional Attitude: A positive, collaborative spirit and a keen interest in learning and
growing in the field.
