Four County Mental Health Center, Inc. has been a provider of public mental health services since 1964. Services and programs are provided to the counties of Chautauqua, Cowley, Elk, Montgomery and Wilson-with three full-time mental health clinics in Independence, Coffeyville, and Winfield.
Four County Mental Health offers employment opportunities, internships and practicums to master’s level clinicians (or those working on becoming such). We also offer employment opportunities to Psychiatric and Psychiatric support/nursing providers within our medication management program. Four County is also a Federal Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, paving the way for other Clinical Mental Health Counselors in Kansas to take part in cutting edge community mental health and integrated care programs. As such we can provide unique exposure to a diverse patient population to help grow well-rounded clinicians and aide in professional development.
