The Office of Career Development offers a wide variety of means for identifying and contacting highly capable graduates. We encourage you, the employer, to review the various options listed below and contact us to arrange the program or service which best meet your needs. We’re also happy to discuss any other ideas you have for recruiting PSU students. - Log into your employer Gorillas4Hire account
- Click OCI and Job Listings on the left navigation panel, and select + Register for OCI
- Complete the registration form, and click Next
- Employers will automatically be directed to the associated Job Posting for their OCI visit for completion and approval by an Admin
- Once the OCI registration and Job Posting have been approved by Admins, Employers will receive email notifications for each step informing them of their approval/rejection

- Log into your employer Gorillas4Hire account
- Click on Events on the left navigation panel, and select +Host an Event
- Complete the registration form, and click Next
- You will be notified when your event has been approved.
